About This Project
Equity Research Skill is a Claude Code and Codex plugin for opinionated, aggressive-growth equity research. It uses the Yahoo Finance MCP for quantitative data and web search for qualitative context to research individual stocks, analyze portfolios, evaluate ETFs, write sector briefs, examine options flow, and build rebalance plans. The plugin defaults to an aggressive-growth, higher-than-average risk tolerance lens and is willing to take a stance — but every aggressive recommendation carries a mandatory, quantified risk callout specifying exactly what would invalidate the thesis and how much it would cost.
